We believe our technology could be the first inhaled smoking cessation product to gain FDA approval. With our technology, users receive non-heated inhaled nicotine. Typically, it requires the rapid systemic uptake provided by inhaled nicotine to satisfy smokers’ cravings.

In addition to the key attributes found in our consumer platform, we plan for our technology to offer the following further advantages as a smoking cessation product:

  • The fully digital platform dynamically steps down the amount of nicotine delivered over time, allowing users to satisfy their cravings and taper in a personalized manner.
  • The device utilizes sensors that can track and report feedback to the user about their nicotine consumption and trends via an app.
  • Onboard authentication via fingerprint scanner could reduce or eliminate the ability for misuse by youth or anyone not authorized to use the device.

We believe our technology holds great promise for achieving smoking cessation with digital dosing technology that enables the user’s nicotine intake to be dynamically stepped-down over time in a personalized manner. The device satisfies nicotine cravings in a tailored manner, allowing the user to self-titrate, mitigating the classic negative nicotine withdrawal symptoms (e.g., feeling irritable, angry or anxious; having trouble thinking; and feeling hungrier than usual).
